So I seen a pin (of course) & I had to make my own version of it for TaylorVon! Every year at the beginning of school (& end) I'm having her fill out this sheet with 20 Questions. I'm excited to see how her likes change over the years. Its fun for the kids & its a pretty sweet keepsake as well. Make your own version or use this one. I typed TaylorVon's name, age and date on the top of hers... as well as used a different font. I'm also sending one with her to school tomorrow so her teacher can fill one out as well, its nice to know what teachers like for gifts, etc. I changed a few things since I really don't think asking what her shoe size may be is appropriate :)
